1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of all services, websites, and digital platforms operated by Hana Events + Experiences (“Hana,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or engaging with our services, clients and visitors (“you”) agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before booking or using our services.


2. Scope of Services

Hana provides event strategy, planning, production, entertainment, and creative services as outlined within our proposals, contracts, and website materials. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are detailed within individual client agreements.


3. Booking & Payment

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm all bookings.
  • Remaining balances must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule stated in the contract.
  • Late payments may incur service delays or cancellation.
  • Prices are subject to change until a signed agreement and deposit are received.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the client agreement.
  • Rescheduled events are subject to new date availability and may incur additional costs.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate event details, venue access, safety accommodations, and all required permits (unless Hana assumes this responsibility in writing). The client is responsible for communicating venue restrictions or regulations in advance.


6. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, materials, photos, videos, and written content produced by Hana remain the intellectual property of Hana Events + Experiences unless otherwise specified. Clients are granted limited use rights for promotional purposes when permitted in writing.


7. Safety & Liability

Hana prioritizes safety and complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. While we take every precaution, clients assume liability for venue-related hazards or third-party negligence outside Hana’s control. Hana’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the client’s agreement.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. All client data collected through forms, communications, or contracts is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

Hana reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website with a revised effective date.
