PRIVATE BLACK CAR TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is often where things start breaking down. Drivers show up late, guests don’t know who they’re riding with, or arrivals stack up at the wrong time.  We coordinate private black car transportation for VIP guests so pickups, arrivals, and departures are handled cleanly. Timing is aligned with the event schedule, drivers are briefed in advance, and guests aren’t left guessing where to go or who’s picking them up. It keeps arrivals controlled, reduces confusion, and prevents transportation issues from spilling into the event itself.

VALET COORDINATION

Valet is often where first impressions go sideways. Lines back up, traffic gets messy, and guests arrive already frustrated.



We coordinate valet services with trusted partners so arrivals and departures are handled cleanly. Staffing levels, peak arrival windows, and venue layout are planned in advance to prevent curbside congestion and confusion.


Valet operates in sync with the rest of the event, keeping the entrance calm and the guest experience intact from the moment they pull up.

HANA'S SOLUTION FOR CATERING CONFUSION

The Oversight: Guests pre-selected one of five entrée options — steak, chicken, fish, vegetarian, or dietary restriction — but no master list was provided to the catering team. This created immediate friction: slowed pacing, table-by-table confusion, and inconsistent service.

The Hana Solution: We implemented a color-coded ticket system aligned with each entrée category.
Every guest received a discreet, visually clear indicator of their selection, giving the catering team instant recognition + eliminating guesswork.
